A sewer scope is a video inspection of the lateral sewer line leading from the house at/near the foundation and connecting to the city or HOA tap or septic tank.  This inspection is often completed by a licensed home inspector during the home inspection process, whose final report can affect the settlement of a real estate transaction.  By becoming better educated on the different options available for the inspection, real estate agents can ease their clients’ anxieties by sharing knowledge of what to expect during and after the sewer scope inspection.

About The Instructor
Mike resides in Irondequoit with his wife and four children ages 24 to 4 years old. He holds licenses with NY State as a Home Inspector and Mold Assessor, as well as, Certifications from InterNACHI in chimney, pool, pest and deck inspections. Mike worked his way through college as a carpenter and electrician then left the trades and spent 15 years in non-for-profit management. He returned to construction as a project manager for a local company remodeling 450 town homes and apartments, then as project lead for large national company managing the installation of light commercial and residential solar systems. Mike launched All County Home Inspections in 2014 combining his years of experience in management and construction with a goal of meeting all your inspections needs.
